Zambrero on Hatch Street, Dublin 2 was an exciting project to work on. Part of a worldwide franchise of Mexican Restaurants, Zambrero is an established brand with its own distinct style and the brief for this fit out was very much in line with that style.
Our client and their design team were based in Australia. This presented unique challenges which we overcame to deliver the first Zambrero to Ireland.
